Yes. The Local Refills discount is designed to reward returning customers. You need at least one completed order on your account before the 15% discount becomes available. Your first order can be shipped or picked up — either way, it unlocks the refill discount for future local pickup orders.
The discount is applied automatically at checkout. When you're logged in, have a qualifying ZIP code, and select "Local Pickup" as your shipping method, the 15% discount appears on your order total. No promo code needed.
All products in your cart qualify for the 15% refill discount — herbs, teas, sea moss, blends, and everything else we carry. There are no exclusions.
Only one discount can be applied per order. If you have a promo code that offers a higher discount, you can use that instead. The system will apply whichever discount is active at checkout.
No. The refill discount requires a free account so we can verify your order history. Creating an account only takes a minute and unlocks the discount for every future local pickup order.
During checkout you'll select a pickup time slot. We currently offer Friday evenings (5:00–8:00 PM) and Saturday mornings (11:00 AM–2:00 PM) at our Inwood/Upper Manhattan location. The exact address and any special instructions are included in your order confirmation email.
