We prepare and ship orders Monday through Friday. Most orders are packed, labeled, and handed off to the carrier within 1–2 business days of being placed. If you order over the weekend or on a holiday, your order enters the queue first thing the next business day.
Need it fast? If you select an expedited option (2-Day Air, Overnight, etc.) and place your order before 11:00 AM EST on a business day, we'll do our best to get it out the same day. Orders placed after that cutoff ship the following business day.
Delivery timelines depend on the carrier service you choose and where you're located. We'll keep you in the loop every step of the way — once your order leaves our hands, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow along. Keep in mind that carriers can take up to 48 hours to update tracking after a label is created, so don't panic if it doesn't show movement right away.
We don't use flat-rate shipping. Instead, when you enter your address at checkout, our system pulls live rates directly from USPS, UPS, and FedEx based on your location and the weight of your order. This means you see the actual carrier price — no markups, no hidden fees, and no surprises.

Free ground shipping is available on orders of $50 or more (before taxes and discounts) shipped to addresses in the continental United States. This applies to the lowest-cost ground option only and cannot be combined with other shipping promotions unless specifically stated.
We ship from New York. Once your order is in the carrier's hands, here's a rough idea of when it'll reach you based on the service level you pick at checkout:
Please note that Alaska and Hawaii orders may take additional transit time and shipping rates will be calculated accordingly at checkout.
If your shipping address is within the New York City metro area, a free Local Pickup option will appear at checkout. You can schedule a convenient pickup time in Upper Manhattan during the checkout process.

International shipping is not available at this time. We are working to expand our shipping capabilities and hope to offer international delivery in the future. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package using:
Tracking Updates: Tracking information typically updates within 24–48 hours of shipment. If you don't see updates after 48 hours, please contact us.
If your package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs. We strongly recommend double-checking your shipping address before completing your order.
Uptown Healing is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. We strongly recommend:
Package Not Received After Delivery Confirmation? Contact us within 5 business days of the delivery confirmation date. While we are not liable after delivery, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and exterior packaging, along with your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue through replacement or refund.
Address changes can only be made before your order is processed and shipped. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address or redirect the package.

Once your package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, Uptown Healing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend monitoring your tracking and retrieving packages promptly.
